well lets see……..not much has changed in my weight loss…..still struggling and have stayed the same weight since May…..i want to drop the weight again really feeling heavy and disgusted with myself and my body……i want to be able to look in the mirror and love my body again…….im going to press in hard and either lose the weight by counting calories or im seriously contemplating the surgery now……so tomorrow i will start the calls for the surgery….the counting calories just isnt cutting it anymore……

just got on scale!!!

lost another 5 lbs!!

i knew i had lost a bit of weight cause i felt it in my clothes…..still a longggg ways to go but at least its going in the right direction!

well looks like ive lost another 5 lbs in one week…..which is to be expected since its been a while lol

the snow is melting and the sun is shining brightly once again

Tku God for second third and fourth chances if you know what i mean;)

well after all my loneliness ive gotten a roommate and what a blessing hes been….

he helps to pay the bills and we really get along which is a bonus!!

i guess God was listening not that hes perfect by any stretch …but hes company and the kids love him too….

im ho humming getting back into losing weight again…..kinda got off the band wagon since my seperation….

kinda neat to read my previous journals to see how far ive come ..etc…

seperated and lonely…………………………

well i kinda feel off the band wagon for a few months but im back

not sure what happened but i sure did take a detour!!

im really sad about how much ive gotten off track

ive been thinking lately about what God wants me to weigh

im glad that God doesnt judge the outward appearance!! unconditional love!!

so hoping to talk to my buddyslim friends again

i finally found a friend to walk with anytime !!
