i HAVE to get back to losing this weight

its crazy how fast the weight creeps up

well i havent been on here much since being on holidays

im hoping to get back to the grind again soon

its hard to do this when your on holidays

the key is we HAVE to exercise

i swam 3 hrs yesterday had a blast with the kids and figured out thats the key

exercise!!

the song “They that wait upon the Lord” has been going through my head all nite

just singing it gives me hope that in the Lords time not ours does He answer….

 ive noticed that God sometimes comes through at the last minute …

usually its not when WE want Him too……its HIS timing not ours

so i wait upon Him to renew my strength in losing weight

i know its going to happen and untill then i keep praying

the song goes like this…

they that wait upon the Lord

they shall mount up with wings like eagles!

Jesus i realize the Bible doesnt talk about how much we are to weigh nor does it say how much we are too eat

please make this real to me so i understand what you want my body to look like

i realize this morning that i cant do this on my own

its just not working

so

im calling upon God to help once again

this time im going to pray alot harder daily and ‘more frequent’ seeing as doing it ‘my’ way isnt working

i appreciate your prayers as i endeavor to get all this extra weight off

and with Gods help i KNOW i will! hard? yes! impossible? NO!

i can do ALL things through Christ who STRENGTHENS me!!!

well my motivation ‘was’ wayyyyyy high last year ……i guess all the running around shopping helped…

..now its  walking again without a purpose…..boringgggggggggggg     lol

i dont live near the mall…..tk goodness or i would be broke    lol

maybe im making excuses its actually a beautiful wintery day and i think i will walk a bit later this afternoon.

yes i admit it its hard to get back at it after the holidays

i think i got addicted to caramel popcorn…ikes!

its slow but i will never stop!

looking forward to more weight LOSS! lol
